Legal Employees or Not So Legal Employees?

The Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement will audit personnel records of 1,000 employers nationwide. This audit will determine if employers are following compliance laws for employment eligibility verification. This audit will span all industries. Since April 2009 ICE has increased its focus on Form I-9 audits.
