Tip Pool Too Shallow for Owners to Take a Dip

It is unlawful for a bar/tavern owner to take money from the collected tip pool. The owner is simply the owner and not know as an employee that can partake in the tip pool collected on a daily basis. The owner is classified as the bar/restaurant's sole beneficiary of the tip credit, so to share in the tips would benefit himself at the employee's expense.
